This week on the show Maine and Miranda recap quintet for BJJ Stars 11, and discuss the main event of EUG plus we take a look at the entrance for the ADCC 2023 European trials that kicks off the ADCC 2024 qualifying season throughout the world.

In the news section of the show we discussed the new weigh-in rules for ADCC trials effective immediately athletes will be allowed to weigh in the night prior to the event in order for the athletes to showcase the best version of themselves on Trials day.

In the recap section of the show we discuss quintet 4 featuring the B Team Bulls Team 10th planet, Team Sakuraba, and Team Polaris.  We break down every match of the preliminary round and the finals round throughout the entire event as well as highlight some notable moments including two fantastic submissions by Craig Jones in his rematch with Richie Martinez and Craig Jones vs Geo Martinez where we see again a return to the meta and the back triangle armbar combination we've been seeing a lot recently.

In the recap section for BJJ Stars 11 we discussed the women's GP and talk about the finals match and foot lock that Gabrieli Pessanha submitted Yara Soares with for a $20,000 cash prize. We also discussed some of the notable super fights on the event and other highlights that took place including Piter Frank flying armbar over Caio Almeida. Uanderson Ferreira wining a decision over Andy Murasaki, Diogo Reis defeating Samuel Nagai by Decision, Isaque Bahiense quick submission over Matheus Spirandeli with a collar choke from back, and Jansen Gomes 2 point takedown win over Gustavo Batista.

In our preview of the ADCC 2023 European trials we talk about all of the notable names that are entered across all of the men's and women's weight classes as well as give a brief overview of ADCC in general and how the trial structure works discussing some of the regional differences the regions in general and the difference between the men's qualifiers and women's qualifiers in terms of regional championships and qualifying events.
