Whether from those who’ve tried one and written off the whole category or from recovery personas rejecting the premise of alcohol alternatives.
But as with all things in life, there is no one-size-fits-all answer to whether alcohol-free drinks are triggers or lifesavers.
In this episode, I share some of my findings from research into the question as well as the experience of a recovery coach with lived experience.
Inspired by an Instagram post proclaiming that NA beers are akin to “using behaviour”, I share the power and the challenge of appreciating alcohol-adjacent drinks from those in recovery to general consumption.
