This birth has such a special place in my heart. It was challenging but doable, hard but beautiful all at the same time. I share how my husband Drew played such an important role in Cole’s birth. He was an advocate for me and his support gave me faith to know that we were ready to raise three little men together.

Cole’s birth was definitely the most mentally challenging for me. But we got through it. There’s going to be times in birth that you have to reset yourself and reset your mind. It’s okay to have that moment of doubt but it's so important to be able to get right back into that 'how am I going to make it through this' mindset.
