- The part that tells her it’s silly to feel not good enough to do art - in the head, heavy - fears letting her be vulnerable - rather be helping her to do art! - needs patience.

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was determined not to go into scared/exile place in beginning, and did a lot of practice around that, it’s still one of my biggest challenges. Finding the target part and not going too deep too fast. These are the calls I can learn most from.
