In this episode, good friend Josh comes in to share his story. Josh and I grew up playing sport and went to high school together so it was incredible to sit down and have a chat about it all. 

Josh talks about what school was like for him and shares his experience working in a corporate job, giving some insight into some of the ups and downs in a corporate role. Josh chats about how he transitioned into allied health space and studying a bachelor of exercise and sports science. It was a great chat!
