Jenny Levy has led UNC Women's lacrosse to 3 NCAA Championships, 13 NCAA Final Fours and over 400 wins. She has been named NCAA Coach of the year on three occasions, and ACC Coach of the year seven times.  She was also the Head Coach for the US Women's National Team from 2017-2022. You do not sustain such success unless you can consistently recruit and develop leaders in your program, while at the same time modeling your core values and what great leadership looks like.
