- The resentful part. It starts with what she sees but feels like it’s in her hands. - it’s afraid that if she doesn’t share things with someone, they'll forgotten. It’s tired of starting over. - it would rather be positive, and see her doing more yoga and hula hooping and moving out of this neighborhood - it needs her to plan this stuff

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was working on more efficient targeting. I almost laughed from how easy she made that. I’m still stumbling over the question "if you could heal or change this..." if the thing we’re talking about is not a part, but an external thing in the world. Still a useful question perhaps, but feels more coachyy than IFS-y.
