Today we answered a reader’s recent question on one of our Instagram Q&As, asking, “Why not post negative restaurant reviews? Helpful for readers to know/avoid, no?” In this conversation we share the story of why we don’t write negative reviews (including a time when we did share them), and what we choose to do instead.
