This week on the show Maine and Miranda recap the Fight Pass Invitational 7 headlined by Nick Rodriguez Vs Mason Fowler. We also recap ADXC 4. 

In the news section of the show we discussed some of the announced names for ADCC 2024, and discuss some of the alternates possible. With announced names including Felipe Pena at +99kg, Nicholas Meregali at -99kg, Diego Pato -66kg, Gabriel Sousa -66, and Gabby Garcia +65.

In the recap of FPI 7 we discuss the main event featuring Nick Rodriguez versus Mason Fowler. We discuss some of the submission offense put up by Fowler and the tactical adjustments that Rodriguez used in order to score late in overtime.

We talked about the wild finish of Renato Canuto vs Aaron Wilson, where Canuto was able to counter errands single leg with an inverted scissor leg takedown combination to a heel hook for submission and fight of the night. 

In Giancarlo Bodoni vs Gabriel Arges we talked about the rear, naked, choke, finish after significant control from Giancarlo. 

In the recap of ADXC 4 we discussed the notable, grappling matches, including Ffion Davies submitting Morgan Black Armbar with an armbar after a pull to sweep in round 2.
