#35: Developing a Marketing Strategy for Your Contracting Company

Many contractors go into business with no idea how to get their phone to ring before they realize that it’s extremely difficult to sell $50,000 and up projects on the first phone call with a prospect. It is important to have short-term and long-term goals in order to stay on track. Patience is the name of the game because sales and marketing are processes that need to be followed strictly in order to pull in the business that you want.
