Jace joins us this week to share his teaching story. Transitioning from a trade into the education system, Jace discovered his interest for teaching and hasn't looked back. Jace gives good insight into some of the challenges, personally and professionally, when first starting teaching and chats about some of the bright spots there have been over his time in a classroom.
