This episode is focused on knowing yourself, knowing your People, and knowing your environment. Spending time to develop in these areas helps you generate "Intuition" or "Commander's Intuition".
It Starts with knowing your values:
1. Character - Doing what's right
2. Competence - Being able to do what is expected
3. Commitment - A belief in a brighter futureÂ
We talk about the things that matter most:Â
1. Our health
2. Our families
3. Our relationships & reputation
4. Our contribution
Developing Intuition is developed with preparation, practice, education, and experience. Put together, it is similar to judgment—the ability to feel what is expected, at that moment, and in the near future.Â

Why Teach Me to Fish?
Catch someone a fish, feed them for a day.
Teach them to fish, feed their family for life.
Our purpose is to help Leaders better understand what drives People to serve. In any organization, the core of recruiting and retaining talent revolves around leadership. And not just average leadership, but motivated, values-based, inspirational leadership.
Our Pursuit here is to get a little bit better every day.
Progress = Small Victories and stacking habits.
Habits like Getting up early, working your butt off, learning something new, Being positive and Surrounding yourself with phenomenal People.
