In the preview section of the show we discuss the 2025 IBJJF European championships taking place this week.

In the news section of the show, we discussed the return of Marcelo Garcia, some of his favorite moves, including the jumping guillotine and the arm drag and discuss his match up in One Championship.

We also discussed one of the highest level women's matches available right now in Ffion versus Adele a rematch from ADCC 2022. 

In the preview section, we discussed the 2025IBJJF European championships we discussed all of the adult black belt divisions and run through all of the brackets discussing the favorites in each division and making pics for who we think will take the first major of 2025.
