Many people have experienced wounding from the Masculine, we aren’t here to deny that. But it has been our experience that healing from relational wounds opens up a new paradigm in which to create healthier experiences with all masculine energy.

The more clarity you have of your own wounds, the more clearly you will be able to see their behaviors as “theirs” (vs a reflection of your worthiness).

The wounded masculine energy is seeking power and control. One indication of wounded masculine energy is a feeling of being “pushed”. (i.e. if you state what you need and it is met with a strong reaction that causes you to have to shrink or collapse your boundary in order feel safe).

To begin healing wounded masculine energy, it requires an integration of empowered feminine energy- to compassionately honor the emotions that are being held in the body so that emotions can become a source of direction and personal agency instead of agression.

In the same way, when a woman acknowledges her experiences with wounded masculine energy, she begins to integrate more of her empowered masculine energy and setting boundaries that empower her (and allow her to reopen her heart with discernment).

Initial meetings with a wounded masculine energy may seem like “masculine energy”, especially if you have been attracting men who have been displaying less masculine energy qualities.

Empowered masculine energy feels like being seen, having your boundaries honored, and two whole people co-creating something that feels expansive for both of you.

Notice how your body responds and TRUST it.
