ONE SMALL STEP

Practice caring for your body this week. Maybe you notice how you feel after a walk, or you enjoy a bath, or have tasty food and a glass of water. If we’re choosing to deny our bodies, we can also choose to care for them properly and honoring God through them.

For me, I’m taking daily walks and actually stretching after them! What about you?
