I’m honored to have Dr. Mike Docktor, co-founder and CEO of Dock Health, back on the podcast to talk about some of my favorite topics: task management, systems, and automation! Mike has a unique perspective on these topics from working with hundreds of medical and mental health practices over the last few years. We discuss the lessons he’s learned along the way, the characteristics of successful practices, and some of the consistent automations that will benefit nearly any practice.

If you’re having a hard time keeping up with the tasks in your practice and feel like things are falling through the cracks, I think you’ll enjoy this episode!
