Technology is amazing... when it works, it's wonderful... when it doesn't, it can be so frustrating.  The audio on today's broadcast was good for the first 30 minutes or so and I encourage you to listen to Joe Farr's rate update, Alice Alvey's legislative/regulatory update, Andy Schell's "Profit Doctor" segment as well as to Tony Garritano talking about what you should be looking for in an LOS.   Shortly after I introduced our special guest, Jack Guttentag, we inexplicably started experiencing audio problems.   In four years of doing these weekly broadcasts, we have never experienced issues such as we had on this broadcast.  

My apologies to our guest and to our listeners.  I encourage you to listen to the first half of the broadcast As it was as informative as ever.   As for the 2nd half of our broadcast, we will seek an opportunity to have our special guest back again as soon as we can fit him in the schedule.
