🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- The part is frustrated. It’s in the head, behind the left eye, and in the throat. - It’s afraid that it’s the only one running the show, and the other parts aren’t doing their job. - It’s afaid of Lisa being lonely, sleeping alone for the rest of her life by not finding relationships. It’s afraid of not having the independence needed to choose best relationships - it would rather be helping set the course, the vision, - it needs the other parts to do their part. It needs the vulnerability healed

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was working on connecting more before the session. I pre-paired some questions and found something for us both to smile about. But maybe I got lucky because she made it easy In the future, with Lisa, I may bring attention to the analyzing part.
