Kenzie shares her unique perspective as a young youtube and social media influencer, and why it’s so important for her to use her platform to talk about mental health and therapy. We get into the dilemma of what to share and not share with social media, navigating a brand that is herself, and the struggles of dealing with canceling culture online. She also shares her reflections about being transparent with her life, the importance of being able to change our minds, the harms of diet culture, and what we’re really craving at the end of the day (hint: it’s about showing our real, authentic selves).
