- tightness in shoulders, neck. - afraid of going back to dark, broken place. Afraid of the secret, that Alinda won’t be able to love - rather be reminding her of her progress - needs To see the self care and the reminders of how hard the fight was.

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I skipped some of the basic connecting in our first call (that part of the call is never published, fyi). I called attention to it, we did it this time, and I think it really benefited both.
