Dr Darcia Narvaez is a professor of psychology at the University of Notre Dame who focuses on moral development and flourishing from an interdisciplinary perspective.  In this episode we explore the indigenous worldview on thriving, how that effects child rearing and the evidence that indigenous childrearing practices are more closely aligned with most of human history and evolution.  Along the way we explore a variety of subjects directly relevant to this moment in climate, COVID, well-being, human connection, and our interconnected existence.
