This week on the show Maine and Miranda preview the 2026 IBJJF European Championship for all the adult black belt divisions. We also recap the main event of F2W 302. 

In the preview section of the show, we take a look at every single adult black belt division for the men and the women. We talked about the seeding of each division and some of the most interesting potential matchups in each division as well as who we think the front runners, and people most likely to take gold at this year's first Grand Slam event to kick off the IBJJF 2026 Gi season. 

We also talk about the divisions that we are most excited to see as well as divisions with no returning champions where new competitors are poised to take their first black belt championships.
