🔸 Life sucks, please prove me wrong

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I wanted to meet parts where they are, enter their frame, but playing philosophy, we don’t find the answers or rest in the “no answer” space or get closer to Self. And clearly it affects my self-presence, as those parts of me struggle to keep up. So I think I'm done with that experiment, philosophizing, and need to take “no answer” for an answer!

I should return to the approaches that worked for Olivia in the past.
