We were lucky enough to sit down with Abbey Gelmi today!

Abbey is talented TV presenter for Channel 7, has her own podcast "Two Good Sports" and is a mum to son, Louis, with another baby on the way!

Abbey speaks so honestly about her experience with HG and how shocked she was to receive the news she also has Gestational Diabetes! Abbey explains she has "a critical internal monologue" and talks us through how she needed to work on changing that as a parent.
