-Be engaged in the app

Keep it light, playful and in your power. When you're logged in, be present and available to connect. Receiving energy feels good and how/how much to reciprocate (and still "be in the feminine energy") is often a question women have.

Apps can be a great space to practice receiving AND if you feel inspired to ask questions or follow up without delay, trust that *that* is also coming from your Feminine energy. The difference is which version of your Feminine energy you want to show (wounded= "what do I need to do/say to get them to X?" vs empowered= "this is who I am and I'm worthy of finding someone that likes seeing all of me")

-Use this as a practice ground for owning/upholding your boundaries (to keep your heart open).

These are low-pressure interactions. They may not always *feel* that way if our girl-brain kicks in, but it is a great opportunity to practice tuning into yourself when you would historically collapse your boundaries so you can continue to show up as the most authentic version of you. Trust us, THIS is the version your person wants to see so there’s no *real* risk here (again, we all have girl brain sometimes).

-Practice setting them up to win

While some things may feel like an authentic expression for HIM (opening doors, paying for the date, etc.) the most empowered men know that all women are different. This means, they want to understand how to care for YOU. By revealing things that light you up, make you feel safe/happy, or passionate about in actionable terms, you are setting a man up to with WITH YOU. *when we say “win”, we mean experience your delighted, excited energy* (we all feel good around people who are willing to be delighted).

Stay in *the vibe* (aligned with what you want, feeling like “yourself”) while you’re on the app.

If the person you’re engaging with is not a good fit/you’re not aligned, remember it’s always a compatibility issue, not a valuation of your worthiness of being in a relationship.
