There are a lot of new age ways to run a business, I consider myself to be very progressive in how I operate my business, but, there are some structures that you just need to stick with.  

You need to have a title for every person in your company. If you're an entrepreneur you need to respect titles in your business.  They create clarity, seniority, and authority.
