So all the things (celebrations, parties, conversations etc etc) happened yesterday - AND, I didn't freak out!! I got through it all and it was mostly fine. I'm still actually processing it all - because there was a lot, and some of it really surprised me - in terms of how I reacted.
I can't explain exactly how - (I do have a little inkling) - IFS was part of this, but in my bones, I know it was!
