🔸 Nothing in a galaxy.

🔹 Parts:

P: say something!

P: you’re just saying that because it’s recent, going on memories

P: fear, parts can’t speak w james, it can’t happen. Would be out of control. There's nothing in there

P: ladder/rope climber, hanging on, have to speak up w dad and brother, performing

E: nothing person. Could have connection w dad through affection but not through knowledge. Too young to know what I wanted. Craving his attention. Dad is all words.

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

Get more comfortable with implicit direct access. Parts of me worry that to the listener, especially newbies, that might not sound like IFS. Maybe we need a disclaimer “warning: what you’re about to hear may not sound like IFS. James promises he’s still trying to do IFS."
