• P: anxiety, breathless

• P: laughing, shaky, bubbling excitement, a carnival fair ground. Nervous, is this too good to be true? Thinks im a toddler. Rather be Druid with cauldrons. Needs to be bigger than sad part underneath:

• E: little girl 3yo w fluffy small animal, a tribble, tangled hair, blonde curly. Hated having to sit on dad’s knee, prickly chin. Had to eat bacon. Had to play piano w dad. No control. Scared of dad, he’s trying to make the boys laugh by using her like a doll.

• P: wtf do you think you’re doing, you’re going to get her in trouble. She can’t laugh like that.

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I feel like I didn't do anything! I often don’t do the final steps like some of the pros (elaborating on unburdening or nailing down the revisit details). I figure you’re either gonna revisit or you’re not, unburdening will stick or it won't, and we can diagnose that when it comes up later.
