I’ve gotten a lot of questions over the years about how my practice established an APA-accredited internship program through the High Plains Psychology Internship Consortium. Today, we’ll be talking all about training programs with Dr. Erin Foley and Dr. Juliana Rosa from Clover Educational Consulting Group. Clover assisted us with setting up our internship several years ago, and I’m fortunate to be able to get back in touch with them to share such valuable information with all of you. Here are just a few topics that we discuss:

  • What it means to “advertise” an internship or postdoc
  • Bare minimum requirements to apply for APPIC membership
  • The difference between on-the-job training and a formal postdoc
  • Biggest contributors to positive outcomes in internship and postdoc programs
  • Cool Things Mentioned

    • The Testing Psychologist mastermind groups and business consulting
    • Free Training Resources.
    • Continuing Education Offerings.
