The idea that we can create our own reality is a powerful one. We all have the potential to create the life we want, but it requires us to take action and to do the work and take a "going first" approach. Your old conditioning is often the result of your upbringing, environment, and experiences. It can be hard to recognize unhealthy patterns and to break free from them, but it is possible when you become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and reactions and are willing to challenge our beliefs.
