🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- The part that doesn’t want to ask for help. In the chest. Heart. - deeper fear is more like grief of not having community, and that asking exposes that - rather be fighting for it. - not sure it’s age. Feels like a whole life problem - needs me to reprioritize and recommit to this project, to get mad about and fight for issues that deserve it

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

Connecting the right amount before call and keeping my “analyzing” part at bay. I know as “client”, I can ramble and explain forever, and asking that part for space, without completely denying it, is a challenge for me.
