ONE SMALL STEP

Positive self-talk is a bandage, Daniel reminds us. Ask yourself some questions when you think of all the lies you are believing: Where did that start? How do I feel? Then take those laments to Jesus.

Then, practice reading through the Psalms as a pattern of reorientation. Practice spending time with Jesus before you scroll or read the news.
