4X Real Estate Returns as a Passive Investor with Alex Tam, Ep. 633

Alex Tam is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, chiropractor, and clinical director of an integrative medical practice with over 15 years of experience. His journey began in 2009, driven by a mission to alleviate pain like that experienced by his mother. In 2018, Alex and his wife expanded their reach through social media and real estate investment after attending the Grant Cardone 10X conference. They transitioned from passive to active investing, engaging in mastermind groups and educational programs like MIH Mastermind and Jake and Gino. This led to involvement in general partnerships, joint ventures, and syndication deals in over 200 units since 2021.

In 2022, Alex co-founded a Virtual Assistant business to help busy professionals balance their workloads efficiently. His current mission is to empower doctors to invest smartly for generational wealth and assist entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses without sacrificing family time.
