Int his episode I break down FIVE ways ecommerce companies are leveraging email pop ups -- and I tell you how to hack those ideas for your blog - EVEN IF you are not selling products.
1. Implement remarketing by persona
2. Send people to a new post from a (related) post that's getting traffic
3. Showcase new posts to returning readers
4. Highlight your customers and direct people to their posts/giveaways page
5. Grab more info with a multi-step pop up
Many of these ideas can be applied with multiple email marketing systems, but MY tool of choice is Drip.
