These are the top 5 foods that I recommend avoiding or limiting if you are on the spiritual path. Each has its own negative impact on both your physical and energetic body.

Remember, you are what you eat. As we seek to evolve on our spiritual path and journey, what we eat becomes ever more so important as it correlates with our energetic potential. But the good news is, with the right choices, we can enhance our spiritual aspects, such as the connection to higher chakras, the overall light in our auras, and the amount of free energy that we have to call upon in our day-to-day lives.
