Consistency creates persistence
How can you do something every day and quit? These words don’t even belong in the same sentence.
I tell people, look, I just enjoy the consistent, persistent pursuit of my potential every day, whatever it may be that I’m doing—potential as a son when I call my mom, potential as a human being when I work to improve my health by working out, meditating, and eating right, and potential as a business leader when I spend time each day looking for the right new employee to add to the team.
It’s the energy of this consistency that is what leads to consistent improvement. And that’s what you need to do to be in the game.
