Teaming up with his father, Chris began his real estate journey by acquiring 4 properties in 4 years. However, he soon recognized the need for a smarter approach to investing and ventured into larger multi-unit properties.

In collaboration with his business partner, Colin Schwartz, Chris strategically implemented the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method to scale their portfolio to over 2400 rental units and establish multiple successful businesses.
