This week we are 9 weeks out from my first 100 Miler at the UTMB Canyons Endurance Race in Auburn California April 26th.
Things are really starting to pick up as we approach the peak weeks of my volume. Milage broke 70 miles this week and we approached 10k feet of climbing as well.
The key workout this week as a 6 hour, 6,000 foot, 24 mile effort on Saturday. I will break down the rest of the week as well as the look ahead to this week upcoming week.
