A lot of our clients do well in their business then find themselves bored. This typically happens after pressure and noise are reduced, we’ve simplified, and everything is in a good place. Then they start to wonder what’s next and feel the absence of knowing what they should be doing. In the last few weeks, even I wondered what I should be focused on.
