It's a new year and the possibilities for new projects for self, home, family and in business can seem excitingly endless. We love this! We aught to dream (see Episode 57!).

However, if we pause for a few moments we may realize our plate is already pretty full. If we don't pause, we may be left with our heads spinning wondering why we said "yes" in the first place! These are three questions I now ask myself before I say yes to any new and exciting projects that have changed the trajectory of how I think.
