Its been a minute since I've shared a live coaching call with you. I've been having a lot of deeply personal conversation with my clients that have felt best kept private. But, this is a portion of a group coaching call I had in my membership.

This brave woman has been battling a bit with who she is, and thinking perhaps she is too difficult, too emotional, too much for people. I've been going through several of these same thoughts lately, so getting to coach her was also a bit of the coaching I needed to give myself.
