We'll BRB, but here's a minisode to update you on what's happening, what's coming, and how we're picking up a shoe that dropped.
Two pink-loving gals come together to talk about (yes) our favourite colour (pink) and why it means something to us (it’s deeper than you think). We also discuss Morgan’s experiences with reality TV and knowing when to CALL IT, when to STOP, when to SAY NO, and create boundaries in a world that celebrates the climb up the mountain, some know when to stop and rest. Morgan opens up about leaving the narratives others gave her through TV shows and instead, becoming her OWN show.

Shane and I sit down to share about a topic I’m asked about a lot - Nintendo Switch. We’ve had our system for many years and have had quite a journey with the console and games over the years. Get our best advice for solo, partner or family play and what games changed the game for us!
Disclosure:
Many folks have faced a diagnosis or will in their lifetime. It changes the course of your life, identity and what you know. Leanne Hainsby may be known for her work as a Peleton Instructor but in January of 2023 she revealed a private journey she had been on with breast cancer. Her story has helped others activate themselves to push for answers and get the right diagnosis. But diagnosis wasn’t the end of the road, as Leanne found herself working through her identity crisis, moving through intrusive thoughts and moving away from perfection to finding joy in the now all while teaching others about self-advocacy, self-care and of course - checking your boobs.
LIVE IN MIAMI! Sports Illustrated’s Lauren Chan is here! Lauren is a model and TV personality here to share her story on her career, coming out (with a splash!) and how coming out helped her come more into her own, in so many ways. We talk about what shifted for her in no longer living for the male gaze, how her fashion has evolved with it - and what rooted her heart for talking about size inclusivity.

Najwa is such a powerful writer that even if you don’t follow her, you’ve likely read, shared, or saved her work before. Her belief is that we can heal through words, and you feel that when you read hers. Today she joins us to share a bit about her story, her new book “The Only Constant”, opens up about change and our resistance to it, even though - it is a guarantee.

Movie Star, 3x Webby Award winner, speaker, actor, model, tv show host and social media star Madison Tevlin joins us today.
