I love dogs of all breeds as much as the next guy. What I don't love are the little dog owners that are unwilling, for whatever reason, to correct their dog when necessary.

There are a few such dog owners in my neighborhood, and every time I run by with my dog and their dogs go nuts I can't help but wonder what they would think if I allowed my 85 lb "puppy" behave the way they let their 8 lb dogs behave?

Anyway, somewhere in my rant about little dogs and their owners there is a running lesson.
