The keto diet has been an integral tool that has helped me reverse my PCOS, balance my blood sugar and my hormones, eliminate my acne, lose weight, have totally stable energy, be able to fast which is so good for you, eliminate sugar and carb cravings, reduce bloating big time, and not feel totally controlled by food.

There is tons of misinformation out there about keto and I want to clear some of that up on this episode. This episode is an overview of the Ketogenic Diet (aka "Keto Diet"). I go over what it means to be in ketosis, the myriad of benefits associated with it, gives precautions to certain individuals who may want to start, tips for digesting more fat and protein, tips for keto transitions, what foods are allowed and recommended, and so much more!!
