As men we understand how difficult it can be to be vulnerable - to take it a step further being vulnerable in the same areas that you provide your woman security in, can feel detrimental. 

How can men be vulnerable about protecting and providing without damaging the security you’ve provided for your woman? That was the question of the day from Jalon. Omar felt his vulnerability has its limitations and Duke asked, “if you can’t be completely vulnerable, are you with the correct person?” Two school of thoughts that were very valid in this conversation. We all had different perspectives on this one and expressed what vulnerability looks like to each one of us.
