In this episode we got transparent and a bit heavy to start off with us all dealing with the pressures of “New Year, New Me” and how to effectively navigate that. It’s been a tough beginning of the year for us, from losing a dear friend of ours, to the affects of seasonal depression which Jalon touched on in this episode. 

But we aim to provide value and we did just that in the second half of this episode!  We were intentional in giving 5-steps you can use to get through those struggles and better navigate 2023! Duke and Omar had key action steps to optimizing your journey toward your goals!
