When I started prepping this episode I thought we met at a Business Chicks event where we were both keynote speakers.

Today Elle is an unstoppable force; her tanning essentials brand ELLE EFFECT https://elleeffect.com/ is available globally; Kim Kardashian has supported her product range and Elle has just landed the iconic Selfridges in London as a stockiest of her products. This girl exercises twice daily, is constantly shooting something and on top of that heads up her own company. What a Girl Boss!

I hope you enjoy this chat; she opens up about traveling hours just to get to work each day. She’s always had drive and been totally fine with not fitting the mold. Elle really opens up about not wanting to have regrets, so she goes after her dreams unapologetically, and I LOVE that.
