When I was younger, I wondered if there was one true path to success as an entrepreneur? In my early career, my impression of business was that each was so different, that they all needed something different, so they couldn't be just one path.

But the more I study business, the more patterns emerged. I started to see similarities between all businesses, the foundational things that all of them needed in order to be successful. After decades of research, study, and real-world experience I created The Billionaire Code. A nine-level framework that shows exactly what you need to go from start-up to a 9 figure business and where you should be focused at each level. I can remember the day I first presented it to an audience. I was sure that I had nailed it, that the path was clear, but I didn't know if everyone else would see it.

As I wrote it up on the whiteboard and started to explain it, I got lost in the content and completed putting everything up without even turning around and looking at the audience. When I did, they were stunned. I got comments like "how did you figure that out?" and "how can I get a copy of this? Like right now!"

Every time I shared the billionaire code, entrepreneurs accept it as fact and many of them change what they are focused on so that they can create momentum. This has been one of the most exciting things in my entrepreneurial career.
