We've been there too, and we're here to tell you that your pain is not permanent. There is beauty in your brokenness.

We dove into childhood trauma as well as what we struggle with today, but these three things still rang true for ALL of us:

• There is purpose in our pain. Beauty in our brokenness.

• Our identity is found in Christ - no one or nothing else.

• You don't have to earn your worth. Jesus paid for you on the cross… and He doesn't have buyer's remorse.

I hope all of this serves as a reminder to you that you are LOVED & nothing can change that.
